Is There Any Homework?
There is no written homework, but Adele suggests thinking about certain things, and practicing affirmations and some breath work. Change starts with you.
Is This For Me If Things Are Already Going Well?
Absolutely. The Abundance Channel is for anyone who feels there is more available to them — more love, money, freedom, joy, or alignment. You don't need to be struggling to receive. You just need to be open.
How Long Is Each Session?
30–45 minutes. Block some time afterwards to reflect and journal if it feels right.
